Step 1

1. Exerciser will start by playing a forehand from the forehand side

Step 2

2. Controller will then block to the middle where the Exerciser will play another forehand topspin
REVERSE GRUBBA_1_1 thumbnail

Step 3

3. Controller will block back to the forehand side before the Exercisers plays another forehand topspin
REVERSE GRUBBA_1_1 thumbnail

Step 4

4. Controller then will block cross court to the backhand side where the exerciser will play a forehand topspin. Back to the start and repeat.
